Senior Corporate Affairs Advisor Full Time at Dental Corporation (XXXN)

As we continue to focus on delivering enhanced services to our practices, we have a rewarding career opportunity available for an experienced, trusted and influential Senior Corporate Affairs Advisor to join the Corporate Affairs team based in Lane Cove.




Supporting the Head of Corporate Affairs – Bupa Dental, you will be deeply embedded in our Dental business, providing support and advice. In a business partner approach, the Senior Advisor will be responsible for proactively developing and executing our communications and stakeholder strategies to drive engagement and understanding of business objectives.




Key responsibilities:







  • Develop and deliver Corporate Affairs strategies and services, with a focus on internal communications



  • Lead the development and implementation of holistic and integrated communication plans



  • Proactively identify opportunities, challenges and risks for the businesses and design tailored corporate affairs solutions



  • Deliver dynamic and engaging communications content that is timely, consistent and on message to ensure alignment to business strategy, while motivating and informing employees



  • Identify opportunities to share Bupa’s story externally and position Bupa as a thought leader in health and care.






What we’re looking for:



  • Minimum 5 years’ demonstrated experience in developing and delivering broad-based Corporate Affairs strategies



  • A proactive communications all-rounder, experienced in both planning and “getting things done”



  • Flawless writing skills and a master of language



  • Excellent stakeholder engagement/ business partnering skills



  • Experience in a range of communication techniques and channels including high level written and presentation materials, teleconferences, video, photography, and events



  • Ability to identify Corporate Affairs opportunities and risks



  • Strong collaborative mindset



  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making sense of complex information



  • Action-orientated and outcome focused
