12 Month Fixed Term Contract, based in Lane Cove, NSW

The purpose of the Resourcing Partner is to assist with all recruitment matters relating to our Practice Clinical needs; specialising in hiring and engaging Registered Oral Health Practitioners. This will include promoting best recruitment practice and sharing ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service.

We’re looking for a proactive team player who can move beyond the transactional and bring a high level of energy, initiative, and passion to a fun, fast paced environment. This exciting opportunity holds no boundaries to the following:

  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of industry and connect with relevant talent to ensure Bupa Dental Corporation remain competitive in the candidate market, whilst actively building and engaging with an ongoing pipeline to fill current and future vacancies.

  • Provide seamless end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of quality people for Bupa Dental Corporation for specialised dental related fields

  • Build relationships with candidates and key stakeholders, providing an exceptional recruitment experience

  • Creatively source candidates through online advertising, resume search etc.

  • Conduct comprehensive phone interviews and references

  • Advertise vacant positions, selectively screen and short list candidates’ applications and update vacancy status within our recruitment systems and procedures

  • Assist in the reporting of recruitment needs and statistics to provide meaningful (i.e. accurate and up-to-date) data

  • Conduct recruitment processes that deliver consistent, high quality recruitment outcomes (eg: approval, advertising, selection, background and offer)


You will associate strongly with the following experience and attributes as well:

You will be customer and results focused with meticulous attention to detail and have the ability to manage a variety of competing tasks in a fast paced environment. In addition, candidates will possess:

  • 5+ years’ experience in operating within a large complex environment to provision the development and delivery of effective recruitment strategies, including experience in management and delivery of all activities across requisition, selection, appointment, and onboarding, with a focus on service excellence

  • Previous experience in hiring and engaging with a clinical community (ideally within the Dental industry; Registered Oral Health Practitioners - Dentist, Prosthodontist, Orthodontist, Specialist, Oral Health Therapists and Hygienists

  • In depth capability to create innovative sourcing strategies to attract high calibre candidates with experience in translating this into strategic talent pipelining that align with workforce planning and organisational goals

  • Demonstrated ability to operate and exceed against service effective key performance indicators with an understanding of how these can contribute to team capability and continuous process improvement

  • Well-developed skills across planning, organising and time management with an ability to establish priorities, implement improvements and meet deadlines

  • Advanced computer literacy skills, particularly in using recruitment management systems with experience in continuously seeking to improve everyday efficiencies through the use of effective technology

  • Demonstrated relationship management and consulting skills at a senior level with proven experience in providing tactical recruitment solutions to varying and complex stakeholders

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability provide specialist advice and effectively prepare and present relevant information or reports to a range of audiences at senior levels

  • Experience with Salesforce and Workday highly desirable
