About you:


This is an exceptional opportunity for a ‘people person’ a Studio Lead. Someone looking to work in an exciting new concept that puts you front and centre in the dental experience. You will relish working in a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team, working together to change the perception of what going to the dentist can be. With you at the centre of the experience, your fantastic people skills will shine.



  • Minimum 2 years management experience (ideally within dental or healthcare arena)

  • Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management

  • Experienced in comprehending and managing a P&L partnered with a demonstrated ability to grow business

  • Demonstrate a passion in running a practice with good business acumen

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and good business acumen

  • A proven track record of punctuality and reliability

  • A great attitude towards teamwork
