We are seeking an experienced (3+ years) OHT, preferably with full scope, to join the team. This is a full time (4 days a week) maternity cover position with the start date of 1^st May 2021. 

While the fixed contract dates are 1^st May 2021 – 1^st May 2022, there is a potential to remain on the position past the maternity cover period.

NSDP is a fully digital practice with equipment such as CBCT, digital radiographs, CEREC, TRIOS and iTerro scanners used on a daily basis.

We are seeking someone who is comfortable in discussing and also being part of the Invisalign treatment process (bonding attachments, IPR, digital scanning etc.), treatment of children including restorations and extractions, simple restorative treatment for adults, comprehensive periodontal treatment as well as regular hygiene.

• Willingness to exceed patient’s expectations and develop relationships


• Actively promote comprehensive dentistry and active maintenance


• Accurately interpret treatment plans aims and objectives and maintain accurate detailed clinical records


• Gather data relevant to dentist’s direction and concurrently assesses patients’ presenting condition


• Adhere to infection protocols and practices


• A commitment to excellence through assisting and educating patients in developing and maintaining good oral health


• Meeting the practice treatment philosophy

What you'll bring:

• Qualified Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist with minimum of 3 years’ experience


• Efficient and caring delivery of high-quality treatment


• Understanding of the importance of shared lines of communication with other providers and practice management


• Caring and empathetic personality with the ability to soothe the fears of young children


• A strong knowledge of all dental procedures and the ability to co-diagnose is a must.
