An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, hardworking and results driven IS Practice Support Administrator to join the BDC team, based in Lane Cove. This role’s primary responsibility is the delivery of daily administrative activities including; Dental IS including procurement, supplier invoicing, telephony, user system access and supplier contracts. Key focus of the role also includes maintaining good working relationship with dental IT providers for the effective delivery of corporate initiatives.

About the role:

  • Maximise administrative efficiencies within the IS department, ensuring that all administration tasks are completed to the highest standard
  • Provide prompt and high-quality customer service and manage any enquiries or projects through to closure in a timely and efficient manner
  • Act as an escalation point for practice related IS issues and complaints and handle with an empathetic approach
  • Maintain effective documentation of all business and IS process within area of responsibility
  • Recommend and ensure continual improvement of all administrative tasks

About you:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Administration role within an IT environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • An understanding of how to work with multiple ‘clients/accounts’
  • Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Fastidious attention to detail and focused on results and outcomes
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Hardworking and committed
