A rewarding permanent career opportunity has become available for a skilled, passionate and experienced individual to join the Risk & Governance team in the role of Head of Risk and Quality, Dental.

The Head of Risk and Quality will play a key role in leading a community of best practice in risk management, clinical governance, safety and quality care for our people and customers, key accountabilities include;

• Maintain NSQHS accreditation, ensuring improvement opportunities and corrective actions are completed
• Oversee successful implementation of the risk and quality frameworks
• Leading and motivate a team (including team management) of risk and quality professionals

About you:

• 10+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting with exposure quality and risk management




• Proven track record of effective stakeholder communication and driving outcomes




• Strong experience in managing and meeting external requirements e.g. regulators, government contracts




• Ability to build a strong and trusting rapport with the business, facilitating two-way interaction in relation to risk, governance and compliance




• Attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to prioritise and manage deliverables




• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Risk Management or related




• Risk Manager Accreditation (RIMS, RMIA or similar), CPA or Chartered Accountant qualified
