Bupa Dental - Goodwood is currently seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our front office team on a full time basis.
6 months prior front office experience at a local dental practice is essential for this role, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to be available evenings; as we open until 7:30pm on Mondays and Thursdays.
It is essential to hold a current DCSI working with children check before commencing this role.

Heart of the role:
- Patient liaisons; communicating the need for treatment to our patients in an educated and professional manner
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
- Patient management; answering all phone enquiries greeting and assisting clients checking processing & managing customer accounts; assisting to manage the patient recall system
- Liaising & collaborating with the principal dentist
- Processing referrals; finalising referral letters and other practice correspondence managing internal & external referrals
- Ad-hoc administration duties when required
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Dental Front Office at a local Australian practice
- Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting highly regarded
- Experience using dental software highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to be punctual and reliable
- Able to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work Full Time (evening flexibility is a must)
- Valid Working with Children Check (PLEASE NOTE you are not permitted to start work without this)
