We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our new team.  If you are interested to be part of a new practice and be the pioneer team, looking for the next new challenge, this is an excellent role to put to test your experience and dental skills in start-up environment equipped with state-of-the-art facility and new equipment!

The Heart of the Role:

• Front desk reception, greeting patients


• Scheduling patient appointments


• Manage patient invoicing and receipting


• Managing telephone enquiries


• Patient information data entry


• General administration duties

What you''ll bring:

• Previous experience working in a Dental Practice is essential


• A professional, patient and courteous manner


• Enthusiastic and loves a challenge


• Strong communication skills


• Exceptional attention to detail


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong computer skills


• Strong multitasking capabilities

• Must be flexible to work Saturday's
