We provide extensive oral health services including preventive, restorative and cosmetic services through health professionals at the forefront of the dental field.

In a practice equipped with dentistry’s most modern equipment – our staff have access to training in a wide range of treatment options providing excellent upskilling opportunities.

We are currently Seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team on a full time basis!

Heart of the role:

• Be the first point of contact for our patients – Greeting checking them in and offering our services while they await treatment 
• Preparation of front of house facilities 
• Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients answering all phone enquiries making & confirming appointments; checking processing & managing customer accounts
• Patient care from entry to recall management
• General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in dental is a must!
• An expressed passion & experience in the dental field essential
• Knowledge in Practice Works is highly regarded
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting will be highly regarded
• Ability to prioritise, multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and patient care
• A forward thinking & vibrant personality that will motivate those around you
