To be considered for this position you will need to have experience working at a busy and fast-pace dental practice in Australia along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in this customer-service focused role.

About the role:

• Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients
• Answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
• Patient care from entry to the surgery, recall management
• General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
• Reporting as necessary on practice activities

About you:

• 1-2 years dental reception experience essential
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
• A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
• A great attitude towards teamwork
• A willingness to learn & develop
