Clearly Dental, part of Bupa Dental Corporation is an established and newly refurbished dental practice located in Kew.

With a team of experienced and dedicated dentists and practice support staff, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate dental assistant to be a part of our family.

As a Dental Assistant you’ll be benefiting from an experienced practice team, exceptional development and opportunities to take you as far as you want to go.

The heart of the role:

• Dental Assisting; ability to assist with implant surgery, general dental treatment, cosmetic procedures and more; ability to train other team members in all procedures
• High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly, light-hearted manner
• Maintain and implement procedures relating to the clinic
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Implementing, monitoring and reporting of repairs and maintenance across the practice 

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant is required
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting and Certificate IV preferred 
• A positive attitude and demonstrated ability to lead and inspire
• A warm and friendly personality with the ability to build relationships easily
• To recognise and implement protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• A keen eye for detail, strong time management & organisational skills
